Au Pair - Family Matching
When we have a suitable Au Pair-family matching, we send both, the Au Pair and the family, a profile description with the most important details and information.
If both parties are interested, then the family will phone the Au Pair for an informal conversation to get more information and to get a first impression.
If the family decides to invite the Au Pair to live with them, each party will receive a confirmation. It may take some time until you receive your
family confirmation, so you need to be patient. Also, make sure to receive your family confirmation before booking your tickets and arranging your travel details.
Au Pair in Spain Guidelines
- Make your best to adapt to the family's ways of life and routine.
- You will help at home with the care for the children and you will assist in the house (vacuuming, dusting, light washing, ironing, preparing some meals),
though you will not be expected to take sole responsibility for any of these tasks on a permanent basis.
- Commit to the program length agreed with the family. If for any reason you need to go back home before the agreed date, you must give at least two weeks notice.
- Have a responsible attitude and commitment towards your family and treat the family's home and possessions with respect: especially regarding the use of the phone, computer and Internet, inviting friends, etc.
