With the Standard Internships in Barcelona you can apply for one of the many internship placements
available. You will be able to choose a position that best suits your academic needs and
your professional profile.
COINED Spain and the host institution will confirm your placement based on availability at the moment you apply, as well as on the
information you submit in the internship Application Package. If the placement you chose has been already assigned or does not match your profile, you will
be presented with an internship placement option of similar characteristics.

Internships Length and Dates
You decide the duration of your internship program, but you should bear in mind that all positions are organized based on a
minimum term of eight weeks and a maximum of six months.
Once you submit your Internship Application Form, be sure to take into account that the application process takes at least 8 weeks before
your internship placement can be confirmed.
Our host institutions are usually flexible regarding your start date, but keep in mind, though,
that once you have sent your Internship Application Package and deposit, you must wait for confirmation
of your internship placement before organizing your flight.

Fast Search Internship
For internships in Barcelona, COINED Spain may accept last minute applications for the Standard Internships program under special circumstances. If you wish to apply
for an internship less than 8 weeks in advance of your desired start date, please contact us as soon as possible and make sure to mention in your
Internship
Application Form that you are requesting a "Fast Search Standard Internship".
Your particular case will be evaluated, as well as the possibility of confirming your internship placement within your required deadlines.
You will get a confirmation of acceptance to the program within 72 hours. The Fast Search Internship will incur an extra cost.
