- Organization Description: Christian movement at the service of the young and the poor whose work is based on the personal
commitment of the members of the organization to improving the structures and environment that impoverish and condition the marginalized
sector of the Barcelona population. The organization also supports social projects in other countries of Europe and in Latin America such as
unemployment assistance, work in prisons, work with ethnic minorities and immigrants, general community development and fair trade.
- Volunteering Objective: Through this volunteer work you will cooperate with the overall achivement of the organization's goals, and you
will help marginalized children reach a higher education level and prevent school desertion.
- Volunteering Description: Your activities will be divided between administrative tasks, reception duties such as answering the phone,
answering inquiries from the general public and members of the organization, cooperating with the organization's team. You will also be in
charge of a small group of school children, helping them with their homework, giving them advice and organizing activities to get their interest
and enthusiasm.
- General Requirements: To apply for this volunteer position you need to be interested in cooperating with social and education
projects with the marginalized sectors in Barcelona.
- Language Requirements: Intermediate level of Spanish
