Hello Everyone,

This will be my last entry! I won't be writing about the next activity, but I just wanted to share what a wonderful and memorable experience I've had here at COINED and in Barcelona.

The first time I went to the COINED office it took me a while to find it. Circling repeatedly around the dentist's office and shops nearby, it was a relief when I finally looked up and saw the big orange and blue COINED sign! Once inside I was greeted by Ramona and Josefina who were very kind and always smiling - great people to work with.

During my time here I got to work on a variety of projects, help others who would also be new to the city, meet people from different parts of the world, and explore Barcelona. There is something for everyone here.

I believe that everyone should have an intercultural experience and with COINED it is possible to do something you will remember for the rest of your life.

I wish everybody all the best in their future endeavours and bid you all "adéu" :)

Hi everyone,

Let’s go to the CCCB (Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona) to see the exhibits and what’s happening in contemporary culture. Some of the featured exhibits include photos from Somalia, and the music and art of two Danish artists. Afterwards if you are up for it, we can go to a nearby bar and have a drink and chat.
