29th Barcelona Festival
With the summer sun, Barcelona becomes a party city. In July, it offers the 29th Barcleona Festival. Various artists
will participate, such as Trisha Brown, Craig David, Silvio Rodríguez, Toméo Vergès, Carme Portaceli, Rafael Durán, Jean genet, Lanònima
Imperial, Marianne Faithfull, Brian Wilson, the brothers Auserón, Heiner Goebbels, Carlota Subirós, Manuel Vázquez Montalbán, Joss Stone,
among others that some way or another will the the protagonists of the festival. From the 27th June to the 8th August in every corner of
Barcelona: Barcelona Teatre Musical; CCCB; Poble Espanyol; Teatre Fabià Puigserver; Teatre Grec; Teatre Ovidi Montllor; Mercat de les Flors.

“Orishas” Concert
The three Cuban rappers, well known all around the world for their music, a mixture of New Cork hip-hop and Cuban son,
will be in concert this month at Poble Espanyol. The Orishas took their name from one of the divine messengers and they bring to Europe their
claims for the immigration situation, its causes and the way it is treated by the government.

Alice Cooper Concert
Alice Cooper rebirth in 1967, since apparently she had been a witch in the 16th Century and she asked the group
members in an Ouija session to take her name. Their last album is from 2001, with the name Dragontown

“Bebe” & “Elbicho” Concert
As part of the Barcelona Festival, Bebe & El Bicho brings us their music to Poble Espanyol on 18th July, at 21:30 h.
Bebe is the daughter of musicians and she started her career in 1995. In 2003 she published her first album. Her first single, Malo, was
her passport to success. The group Elbicho was formed in September 2000 with the idea of coming up with a new proposal: flamenco and fusion
to get a personal sound and style.
